Kimberly L. Kelly
Kimberly L. Kelly has been practicing law for more than 16 years, concentrating her practice in Guardianships, Conservatorships, Probate/Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Trust Administration, MassHealth Planning, and Residential Real Estate Services. In 2010 she opened her own law practice and in 2016 established a Partnership with Attorneys Baglio and Kelaher, to better serve her clients.
In 2009 Attorney Kelly was named a Rising Star by the Super Lawyers magazine, which names each state's top up-and-coming attorneys, as chosen by their peers and through their independent research. She is also a contributing author to the chapter regarding Substitute Financial Decision-Making in the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education publication on Estate Planning for the Aging or Incapacitated Client, 2009 edition.
Attorney Kelly received her law degree from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts and her undergraduate degree from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts. Upon graduating from law school, she clerked for one year for the Probate and Family Court, serving Middlesex, Essex, and Suffolk Counties, and in this role, she worked directly with several of the Judges and became familiar with the policies and procedures of the Probate and Family Court. She maintains an active membership with the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Massachusetts Bar Association, and Essex County Bar Association. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
