Deborah A. Baglio

Deborah A. Baglio has more than 18 years of experience in the legal profession, concentrating in estate and trust planning, probate administration, probate litigation, and MassHealth issues and appeals. She has an extensive background in the preparation of Health Care Proxies, Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts, and documents necessary for planning for special needs.

Attorney Baglio works closely with clients to understand their goals and to assist them in creating an individualized estate plan that fits their unique family and estate planning objectives, as well as providing advice and representation to fiduciaries with regard to every facet of probate and trust administration. She takes great pride in her work with families and loved ones to navigate the complex MassHealth arena, and she has extensive experience with preparing MassHealth applications and arguing MassHealth appeals before the Board of Hearings.

In addition to her law practice, Attorney Baglio is a member of the Peabody Licensing Board and several community based organizations and professional organizations on the North Shore, including the Essex County Estate Planning Counsel. She received her law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston and her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell.
